Allie has lived in WNC for most of her life. She earned her Bachelor of Exercise Science from Brevard College and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Western Carolina University. As a health at every size (HEAS) provider, Allie is passionate about inclusive and empowering care with the core belief that all bodies are good bodies. She prioritizes a holistic full body approach for treating pelvic health and orthopedic conditions for people of all genders. Allie is certified in the LSVT BIG protocol for individuals with Parkinson disease and is also a guest lecturer for Western Carolina University's Physical Therapy program in gender affirming, inclusive, & trauma informed care.
She enjoys weightlifting, reading, crocheting, all things nails, hair, and makeup as well as spending time with her husband, Jamar, and dog, Fiona Apple.

Alex is originally from upstate New York, but lived in multiple states growing up. She completed her undergraduate degree in psychology at Penn State, then spent several years working in the financial industry before discovering her passion for physical therapy. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Duke University, and while in school she was able to explore North Carolina, and eventually decided to make Asheville her new home. She enjoys hiking, running, and discovering new restaurants and breweries with her husband, Brandon.

Alexandra (Allie) Lesh is from South Bend, IN and developed her passion for Physical Therapy and desire to help others following the rehabilitation she underwent for numerous knee surgeries. She studied Movement and Sport Sciences at Purdue University. After completing her undergraduate degree, she attended the University of Miami in Florida to pursue her Doctor of Physical Therapy and further utilize her undergraduate Spanish minor. While in physical therapy school, she expressed an interest in working with pediatric and orthopedic populations; further expanded through her clinical rotations at a children's hospital and outpatient orthopedic clinics. Following graduation in May 2019, she resided in Southwest Florida working in a private outpatient orthopedic clinic before packing her bags to move up to the mountains of Asheville, NC. She regularly attends indoor cycling classes outside of work and enjoys taking her dog, Bentley, on walks to explore new territory. Seth Fibraio, PT, DPT, MTC, CSCS, CMTPT, CCTT

Seth graduated from Richard Stockton College in May 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He continued his studies at the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences where he graduated in 2001 with a Master of Physical Therapy Degree. In June 2001, Seth attained his Certified Strength and Conditioning Certification and has utilized this to work on different sports injuries. He attained his Manual Therapy Certification through the University of Saint Augustine in June 2003 and he attained his Clinical Doctoral Degree in 2012 with an emphasis in Orofacial Pain.
Seth is also certified as a Certified Cervical and Temporomandibular Therapist (CCTT) by the Physical Therapy Board of Craniofacial & Cervical TherapeuticsSeth is one of 55 PT's in the country with the CCTT certification, which requires over 2,000 clinical hours in treatment of cervical spine disorders, TMD, and headaches.
Over the past 16 years, Seth has completed numerous continuing education courses, including courses taught on the treatment of TMJ, craniofacial pain, migraine headache disorders, fibromyalgia pain management, manual therapy, spinal disorders, and dry needling. Seth has been a guest lecturer at Western Carolina University and given several public lectures for local establishments including REI, Biltmore Forest Country Club, and the Buncombe County Dental Society. Seth has recently completed a revision of 2 chapters (masseter and anterior cervical spine muscles) in the 3rd edition of the Janet Travell: Myofascial Pain and Dysfunction The Trigger Point Manual and was published in 2018.
Seth enjoys working out, competing in local Crossfit competitions and spending time with his wife Melinda and three children, Leah, Elena and Seth.
