Amanda graduated from D’Youville College located in Buffalo NY with a Masters in Occupational Therapy and minor in Psychology. She had a Clinical in WNC and fell in love with the mountains, moving to Asheville after graduation in 2012. She lives in Asheville with her husband and 2 dogs, Leia and Ellie.
After graduating, she started working in a SNF, through the years, she has gained experience in a variety of settings including, inpatient, outpatient, and home health. She also volunteered/worked at a hippotherapy/therapeutic riding center, where she helped develop and served as initial chair member for Equinox Horse Foundation to help provide equine services to those in need.
She has received certifications in Lymphedema, LSVT BIG, and NBCOT specialty certificate in Geriatrics. She is looking to continue her education in Hand therapy and Wound care.
When not working, she loves to kayak, cycle, and hike; and has a growing interest in photography. She also enjoys running agility with her dog Ellie; and volunteering at Asheville humane society, working in the Urban tails and Foster programs.

Hanna Trinite is a Texas native who arrived in Asheville by way of Washington D.C. She studied Economics and International Affairs at the George Washington University and worked as a statistical analyst by day and, after getting stir crazy at a desk, she became a personal trainer by night. Her passion for exercise redirected her career course and she went back to graduate school at the George Washington University to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. Hanna has since worked with people of all ages with various orthopedic conditions but also has a love for working with people with Parkinson’s Disease to improve their movement and quality of life.
She became increasingly interested in pelvic health and treating pelvic floor dysfunctions when she was expecting her first child. Since then Hanna has completed courses through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and is so excited to be part of this incredibly important and ever-growing area of care. She now specializes in the treatment of adults and pediatrics with bowel and bladder problems.
In addition to being a certified Yoga instructor, Hanna has dabbled in many areas of fitness including aerial silks, rock climbing, CrossFit, Spinning, and she has completed half marathons and triathlons. She truly loves them all as they have given her the mental fortitude and physical stamina to wrangle both her toddler and her yellow Labrador mix Jalapeño.
Phil grew up in Chattanooga, TN and later graduated from University of Tennessee Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Afterwards, he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
Following school, Phil worked as a travelling physical therapist for 5 years, relishing the experience to learn about different regions, cities, and people across the US. During this time he specialized in orthopedic conditions.
Phil now lives in Asheville with his wife Jodi and dog Kenai. During his spare time he loves anything and everything outdoors, including: ultramarathons, backpacking, and skiing.
